When you complete our enquiry form, we collect the contact details you provide, addresses and moving details, information about access and belongings, and anything else you include in your message or video survey.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare and discuss quotations, plan the services you request and, if you book, arrange and deliver your move. This is generally necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform one.
Who may receive it
Information may be shared with the staff or service providers involved in preparing or carrying out your move where necessary. If you choose to use WhatsApp or a cloud storage provider for video, that provider's own privacy terms also apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records only for as long as necessary for these purposes and any relevant legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.
Your rights
You can ask about your personal information, request corrections, or ask about other applicable data protection rights by emailing us. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Website data
The enquiry form sends details directly to our email inbox. The website does not include advertising trackers in this build. Our hosting provider may keep routine security and server logs.
